What is Pizzorante MangiaRé? It is a sensory experience that stems from tradition and innovation applied in the Italian cuisine. Giusy, Niccolò and Giovanni (first, chef with more than thirty years of experience, second, promising descendant of the kitchen and third, master of yeast and tomato) opened this “taste house” two years ago after settling in Finestrat three years earlier. They bought a restaurant and transformed it. They made it the appendix of their restoration addict life after years of study and hard work. In a cozy atmosphere, Il MangiaRé presents everything the Italian cuisine has to offer behind a well-known tradition. Fresh products, homemade pasta, unique flavors and the desire to surprise with a now innovative style, true to the "grandmother's recipes", according to the customs of the "BelPaese".
In the Pizzorante the pizza is made as if we are in the heart of the “Bota”: slow levitation, juicy tomato, excellent mozzarella and all the variations you want.
